Dr Richard Golding

Richard has worked in the financial markets for over 25 years. Most recently until 1999 he was the Commercial Director of Nomura’s Principal Finance Group, where he was directly responsible for leveraged acquisitions, many incorporating innovative securitisation features, and exceeding some £3.2bn of value. A number of these acquisitions were landmark market transactions including the purchase of Thorn, William Hill and Annington Homes. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics, a Fellow of the Securities Institute and a member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications.
