He has worked with senior management teams setting up planning and analysis functions to improve the profitability of companies.  Most recently while at HSBC, Simon built models to analyse Personal Loan, Mortgages and Savings initiatives included in their 2005 operating plans.  At AT&T he developed cash flow models for a pan-European fibre network. While at Thus he set up and modelled a Cost projection and analysis function for the voice, internet and data divisions. Previously to this his four years experience at KPMG included handling corporate tax and audit assignments.

Simon has a degree in Physics from The University of Birmingham.
