Jeff is a Senior Advisor to Anthem Corporate Finance and a leading expert in International Gaming Online and E-commerce markets.
Jeff was Commercial Director of Global Draw until 2010, a market leader in server based gaming solutions, which was acquired by Scientific Games in 2006. Jeff led this transaction and Global Draw's major commercial deals with the UK Bookmakers and International Gaming companies including Gala Coral, William Hill, Ladbrokes, the Tote and Playtech / SciPlay.
Jeff has substantial structured finance and tax structuring expertise, previously MD at CSFB’s Principal Finance and at Nomura’s Principal Finance Group, and is a qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Taxation.
