Jon Aldwinckle - Executive Director
Jon has over 10 years’ experience working in the financial markets. Prior to joining Anthem Corporate Finance at its inception in 2002, Jon originated and executed syndicated loans and bond financings at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson for issuers in the telecoms sector across Europe including Wind, Orange and Energis.
At Anthem Corporate Finance, Jon has been involved in transactions in the consumer products, energy, financial services, healthcare, retail, security, and TMT sectors. These transactions have involved multiple corporate finance disciplines from venture capital fundraising, private equity investments and debt financings to acquisitions, divestments and balance sheet optimisation. Jon has advised and supported a broad spectrum of corporate and financial sponsor clients including, Bulldog Communications, Carlyle, EADS, MessageLabs, Prospect Investment Management, Star Technology Services, and UK Specialist Hospitals.
Jon is an associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has a Double First-Class Master of Engineering degree from Oxford University.

Simon Hudson - Vice President
Simon has worked on a range of Financial, Commercial and Operational planning assignments over the last 10 years, assisting Senior Management teams in formulating and implementing their long term plans.
Within the European telecoms sector, Simon worked in Commercial Planning roles for Thus plc and ACC International (AT&T) over 7 years, working across a range of financial and operational functions. Prior to this, his 4 years experience at KPMG included handling commercial tax planning and audit assignments.
At Anthem since 2005, Simon has helped advise on key cross-border restructuring, refinancing and advisory assignments, working alongside our clients management teams in developing their future plans.
Simon has a degree in Physics from The University of Birmingham.

Claudia Inglis - Corporate Finance Analyst
Claudia, most recently, was a Corporate Finance Analyst with PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in Wellington, New Zealand. Claudia has completed assignments in both the public and private sectors and in Telecommunications, Defence, Security, Health, Energy, Education, Transport and Entertainment industries.
Since joining Anthem Corporate Finance in 2007, she has worked on a number of advisory and financing projects including; representing a major European defence contractor on strategic acquisitions, assisting a small start-up technology firm on a seed fundraising, and advising a private equity firm on a management buy-out.
Claudia is a graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand, with a BA (Hons) in Commerce (Finance and Economics first class).

John Marshall - Accountant
John has worked in Finance and Accountancy for 28 years, and qualified with a small practice in London, working with small to medium clients where he gained all round experience in Audit, Financial Accounting and Taxation. After a year working in Australia with Peat Marwick McLintock, specializing in large retail audits, he returned to the United Kingdom and spent 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He joined Anthem in June 2007 and is responsible for all their finance related matters.
He was the treasurer of a medium sized charity and sits on the management committee of a sports group in London. He graduated from Sheffield University in 1981.

Candi Noldin - Office Manager
Candi joined Anthem Corporate Finance as Office Manager in 2009. Most recently, she was an Office Manager with an Asset Management Business, also based in London. Prior to that, she worked in business administration in various companies in Brazil and also in Italy.
Candi has a degree in Administration and postgraduate degree in Financial Management from the “Universidade do Vale do Itajai”, in Brazil.

Tim Short
Tim has over ten years experience of working in structured finance and has worked on deals worth over €8bn. Most recently he was a Vice President at Credit Suisse where his deals included transactions for Volkswagen and the Irish building society EBS. Prior to that he worked for Paribas and the Principal Finance Group at Nomura where his transactions included groundbreaking deals for South Somerset Homes, Keele University and Annington Homes.
His previous background includes working as a technical consultant for DEC (now part of Hewlett-Packard) on large-scale computing, and postdoctoral work at DESY, the major German research laboratory based near Hamburg.
Tim holds a PhD in physics from the University of Bristol, and a degree in Physics from Imperial College.
